Trial-run for small-employer health plans opens

After a year-long delay of the healthcare reform law's online marketplace for small-employer health plans, the exchange went live in five states over the weekend, reports the Wall Street Journal. The Obama administration is testing the exchange--which was shelved last year due to technical problems--in Delaware, Illinois, Missouri, New Jersey and Ohio. The site allows small-business owners to set up accounts, complete applications and upload a roster of employees to be covered. However, they did not have access to plans or prices, which won't be added until next month. Article
